Hey,
Today is day 3 of my weight loss journey. I aspire to lose 35 pounds before Christmas. I gained 20 pounds after having my daughter 3 years ago and I haven't been able to get myself in shape. I am 38 years old, 5' 4" and overweight at 185 lbs - I have a BMI of 31 which is VERY depressing because it means I am obese. YUCK!!!
Exercise Plan:
I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD everyday and Zumba 3 times a week + some cardio in between. I love Jill and she is kick ass. Zumba class is cool to. Check it out at Jacksons School of Dance.
Diet Plan:
Water water water, no bread, plenty of fresh fruits, veggies and organic protein - NO RED MEAT.
I aspire to limit my take out to just salads and sushi (sashimi) and prepare my own meals at home so I can control my salt, sugar and what I eat.
My Incentive:
I want to go on a Royal Caribbean Cruise at Christmas time and lay by the pool in a bikini and look like a hottt moma!!!
